HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED AND IS ON ITS WAY?
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
SlickPods is proud to service our customers from all over the world! The default pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction. The site will default US Dollars on the checkout page.
It usually takes 5-7 weeks to arrive in your country however, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. BrightBargains is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
SlickPods was unable to verify the billing information that was entered on the order. If the billing address does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, the order will be automatically canceled. If your order has been canceled, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Afterwards, create a new order using the correct billing address.
How do I track my package after it has been shipped?
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification to the email provided to us confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website.
I think my package was lost or stolen, what do I do now?
SlickPods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address.
I haven't received my package yet and it has been a few weeks, what is going on?
SlickPods prides itself on doing its best to ship out orders to customers as soon as we possibly can. Typically it will not take over 5 weeks to receive a package. HOWEVER, please be patient as our team is doing our best to get these orders out to you as soon as we can.
